Notice for Publication - 12th day of January, 2016

Members of the public are asked to take notice that, further to section 39(1) of the Equal Opportunity Act Chap 22:03, copies of the following reports are available for inspection at the Commission’s offices located at Nos. 55-57, Manic Street, Chagaunas, 500621 on any working day [Monday to Friday except public holidays] between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.: 

I. Report of the Commission’s investigation into complaints lodged by Ms. A.H against Princess Entertainment Corporation (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited. (Owners and/or managers of Royal Princess Private Members Club) of discrimination in employment by being subjected to detrimental treatment on the basis of her sex, contrary to section 9 of the Act, and of victimisation in employment contrary to section 6 of the Act; 

II. Report of the Commission’s investigating into the complaint lodged by Mr. ANDY ST CLAIR against Water and Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (‘WASA’) of discrimination in employment by being subjected to detrimental treatment on the basis of his race/ ethnicity, contrary to section 9 of the Act.
